Harris to meet with NATO Ukraine leaders as fears of Russian invasion surge

Vice President Kamala Harris is headed to Germany for talks with the leaders of Ukraine 

Ms. Harris left Washington Thursday for the high-profile annual conference in Munich

She is scheduled to meet with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg and with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Even before Ms. Harris departed the U.S., top administration officials and allies were warning that Russia was building up more troops along its border with Ukraine

President Biden said Thursday morning that the threat of a Russian invasion is “very high” and will likely occur within days.
